We don’t believe in KT sessions at the end of the projects. KT must be performed throughout the entire project. We encourage our customers to be an active part of the project since the beginning.
Design
Some times customers are eager to start coding right away. We believe in design sessions to pick the right development approach and making sure all the business requirements will be met within timelines and budget.
Development
We apply best practices and our years of experience to develop efficient, clean, and scalable code.
Testing/Deployment
We perform comprehensive unit testing of our code and support our customer during testing phases (SIT & UAT). Once testing is finalized we help organizations during deployment/promotion activities.
Customer Care
Our end goal is to build a strong relationship with our customers and continue the analytics journey with them after the project is finalized. Through Customer Care agreements we support the current implementations by providing maintenance and upgrades. And more importantly helping our customers identify new opportunities down the road.
